I see a spec of light

I follow its path wrong or right

Crazy as it may seem

It’s more than just a dream

What’s the name of the light you ask without shame

It’s an eternal flame

The light guides me along the way

It shines brightly as I pray

It never dims

It glows consistently

I embrace it completely

What’t the name of the light you ask without shame

It’s an eternal flame

I travel in peace

The light provides release

It keeps me strong

As I move along

What’s the light called you ask without shame

It’s an eternal flame

The light shows where I stand

While holding God’s hand

I’ll never forget it

Never regret it

What’s the light called you ask without shame

It’s an eternal flame

Stop being bitter and holding grudges. You are allowing history to hold up your destiny.

Hold my  hand

As we travel across the land

Let’s see what we’re made of

Let’s celebrate the love that’s sweeter than a dove

Our journey is meant to be

It’s no mystery

Hold my hand

As we show God where we stand

We have a mission

A God given vision

A vision set in stone

Something that won’t leave us alone

Hold my hand

As we discover the unknown

Praise the man on the throne

As we embrace the blessings granted

As we water the seeds planted

Hold my hand

While we see what we have to gain

And God relieves the strain

As we feel His power

Hour upon hour

Hold my hand

As we fall and rise again

As we learn where to begin

While God turns us around

And sets our feet on solid ground

Hold my hand

Never give up on what makes you smile.

Purpose is the reason to be

Purpose unveils life’s mystery

Purpose is the thing you do that will matter

Purpose ensures that your goals won’t shatter

Purpose is set in stone

Purpose is the dream that won’t leave you alone

Purpose will help you grow

Purpose will help you share what you know

Purpose reveals who you are

Purpose will help you reach for a star

Purpose is God’s plan

Take a stand

Hold His hand

Purpose will guide you

Purpose will define you

Purpose is the initial step you take

Purpose is the life you make

Purpose is your journey in its splendor

Purpose is something you shouldn’t surrender

Purpose shows you where to begin

Purpose will remain with you until the end

Don’t let your emotions be your decision maker. Stop and pray, let God lead you. He can change everything.

Living and learning

Is a purpose to be fulfilled

It’s what God willed

We fall and rise again

God shows us where to begin

Living and learning

Makes us who we are

With faith we’ll go far

It’s an undertaking to be admired

Effort and patience are required

Living and learning

Is meant to be

It’s the key to life’s mystery

Blessings are granted

Seeds are planted

Living and learning

Come with our journey

It’s God’s plan

Let’s hold His hand

While we stand

Living and learning

Is the result of lessons

Of that you can be sure

The heart has to remain pure

We have to take them as we go

They’ll help us grow

As we continue living and learning

Direct action is the key element of all success.

Happy birthday Dr. King

With the palm of one hand

You spread love across the land

You didn’t care about race, color or creed

You served those in need

Happy birthday Dr. King

During troubling times you remained strong

You corrected what was wrong

You were a beacon of light

You fought for what was right

Happy birthday Dr. King

You stood firm without fear

Cause you knew God’s will was clear

You made the ultimate sacrifice

Without thinking twice

Happy birthday Dr. King

You asked that we let freedom ring

From near and far

You set the bar

You left a legacy

For all to see

Happy birthday Dr. King

Be ever diligent while in pursuit of what sets your soul on fire.
