God works in mysterious ways.

God’s word is everlasting. Trust Him.

When God speaks

He starts a new day

Then shows us the way

He holds us close

Cause we matter most

Faith makes us see

What’s truly meant to be

We get stronger

As the day gets longer

Our God given purpose

Rises to the surface

We gain a renewed strength

As we talk at length

God’s word becomes clear

He removes our fear

God turns us around

Puts us on solid ground

We see what’s real

What our hearts can’t conceal

We find a home

Where our souls can roam

We remember who we are

As we reach for a star

When God speaks

We hold hands

Right where love stands

The sound of God’s voice

Makes us rejoice

We wear a smile

The smile last a while

He gives us peace

Our hearts can’t release

We embrace every journey

Meant for us only

We see faith is the key

To what’s meant to be

We learn to live

We learn to give

We learn to love

Just like heaven above

Life gets better

As we embrace it to the letter

We travel far

As God heals every scar

We keep going

All while knowing

What’s by design

When God speaks

Facing every new day

As we accept God’s way

Looking at what we find

Cherishing peace of mind

Carrying lessons learned

Seeing the stripes we’ve earned

Getting much stronger

As our days get longer

Seeing where we stand

As we hold God’s hand

Seeing our purpose

Lying at the surface

Learning what to ignore

As God fills us to the core

Healing one moment at a time

While still in our prime

Hanging on God’s word

One we’ve always heard

Removing all doubt

That God will work things out

Finding a beautiful place

Filled with mercy and grace

Changing our view

As we see what God can do

Seeing what’s by design

Knowing everything is fine

God removing every cloud

The moment making us proud

Learning our name

Letting go of our shame

Finding a home

Where our souls can roam

Learning to smile

Even laugh a little while

Looking straight ahead

Letting go of dread

Doing a victory dance

Whenever we get a chance

Seeing what’s in stone

Realizing we’re not alone

Feeling God’s affection

Having His protection

Knowing what’s for us

Cause in God we trust

Finding a treasure

Beyond all measure

Something to hold

Our story will be told

It’s for us only

We call it the journey

God made a way for you last time and He’s making a way for you this time.

The will of God won’t take you where the grace of God won’t protect you.

Keep the faith. God is with you every step of the way.

Don’t expect God to fail you because He won’t.

A new day has arrived

Time to see how we’ve thrived

Count all the blessings granted

All the seeds we’ve planted

Let’s look at our solid ground

Share the joy we’ve found

Let’s remember who we are

As we reach for a star

Let’s learn to let go

Of what we used to know

Let’s focus on divine purpose

As it rises to the surface

Let’s embrace the new journey

Cause it’s meant for us only

Let’s lift one voice

As we begin to rejoice

Let’s be grateful for the grace

That guides us from place to place

The encouraging word

We’ve always heard

Let’s focus on the renewed strength

Gained when we talk at length

Let’s remove all doubt

That God will work things out

Let’s learn to smile

Even laugh a little while

Let’s learn our name

Let go of our shame

Let’s cherish the peace

Our hearts won’t release

Let’s remember faith is the key

To what’s meant to be

Let’s hold hands

Right where love stands

Let’s look at what’s by design

Cause everything is fine

Let’s ignore our naysayers

As we say our prayers

Cause in every way

Today is a new day

You face every day

As you accept God’s way

You think you’re alone

With nothing to call your own

You struggle with doubt

Wonder if things will work out

You search for a place

To run your race

You long for something to hold

Wonder if your story will be told

You grapple with fear

Not realizing who’s standing near

You wonder what’s for you

How you’ll make it through

You look straight ahead

While struggling with dread

You travel far

While healing every scar

You fall and rise again

You wonder if you’ll win

You wonder what you’ll gain

Through heartache and pain

Before the pain begins to cease

God gives you perfect peace

You stumble here and there

Looking for someone to care

You try to turn around

As you search for solid ground

You learn to let go

Of things you used to know

You look for something pure

Cause you feel insecure

You try to stand

As you crawl across the land

You long for affection

As well as protection

You try to smile

Even laugh a little while

As you continue the journey

Meant for you only

Then the pain begins to cease

And God gives you perfect peace
