Dear lover,

You fill every day

In your own special way

You fill my soul

With what makes me whole

You are my dream

As strange as it may seem

I long for your touch

Cause it means so much

You plant the seed

To every blessing indeed

You’re an answered prayer

You’re always there

You are the light

I follow day and night

Your love takes me far

It heals every scar

You are the power

I feel hour after hour

You put a move on my heart

From the very start

You know what I can take

With every step I make

You’ve made me see

We’re truly meant to be

You offer a place

Filled with guidance and grace

You are the solid ground

I’m glad I found

You make life grand

Whenever I hold your hand

You give me a peace

My heart can’t release

You set things in stone

You never leave me alone

You make fear disappear

Whenever you’re near

You offer something pure

You make me feel secure

You’re unlike any other

Dear lover

A mother’s love is true

It feels like morning dew

It holds children close

Cause her children matter most

It teaches life lessons

That become heartfelt confessions

It fills every day

In a very special way

It is the tender touch

That means so much

It fills a child’s heart

Right where they start

It turns children around

It never lets them down

And it offers peace

A child can’t release

A mother’s love is real

Something she will never conceal

It is a gift from God

Give Him a wink and nod

It shows she’s there

With something to share

It guides and directs

It also protects

It removes a child’s fears

It removes their tears

It shows the journey

Meant for her child only

It is a power

A child feels hour after hour

It sets things in stone

It never leaves a child alone

It is the soft voice

That makes a child rejoice

It soothes their soul

It makes a child whole

It helps children grow

As they share what they know

Look at heaven above

And see a mother’s love

Nothing can stop God’s plan for your life.

Don’t forget to pray to God even after He gives you what you’ve prayed for.

Shadows of love appear

Holding both of us near

They provide the touch

That means so much

They are the guide

That stays by our side

They appear during every journey

Meant for us only

They are the plan

God reveals when He can

They set things in stone

They never leave us alone

They make us smile

The smile last awhile

And they provide lessons

That become heartfelt confessions

We see the shadows of love

As we look at heaven above

They are the gift

That gives us a lift

They offer something pure

They make us feel secure

They are the purpose

We see lying at the surface

They provide solid ground

They are the joy we found

They are God’s principles

They are His miracles

They are meant to stand

As we hold God’s hand

They provide a place

Filled with mercy and grace

They keep us strong

Whether we’re right or wrong

They are the light

We follow day and night

They take us far

Without leaving a scar

They make us see

What’s meant to be

As we look at heaven above

We see shadows of love

Faith

Learning to believe what you see

Knowing what’s meant to be

Looking at heaven above

Sharing God’s unconditional love

Planting the seeds

That lead to good deeds

Letting go of fear

When you see God standing near

Seeing what’s set in stone

Knowing you’re not alone

Knowing what’s real

What’s too difficult to conceal

Running your race

At your own pace

And cherishing every day

In your own special way

Faith

Knowing what’s true

How God brought you through

Learning to stay in prayer

Cause God almighty is there

Simply letting go

Of things you used to know

Seeing the memories you make

God knowing what you can take

Sitting perfectly still

As you accept God’s will

Sharing your dreams

Until you burst at the seams

Learning to rejoice

When you hear God’s voice

Feeling something pure

Feeling safe and secure

Feeling God’s power

Hour after hour

Feeling God’s affection

As well as protection

Knowing what you’ll gain

Through heartache and pain

Holding God’s hand

Right where you stand

Trusting His timing as you go

Cause that’s all you know

Faith

God heard your prayers. Keep praying and be patient. Don’t stop praying.

Serving God ensures that all our needs will be met.

God sees what we go through

He knows what to do

We pray every day

As we see God’s way

We see what’s real

Too difficult to conceal

We follow the light

We see day and night

We struggle with fear

Until we see God standing near

We search for something pure

What will make us feel secure

Before God plants the seed

To a blessing indeed

And we turn and smile

For just a little while

Then lift one voice

And begin to rejoice

We go through every journey

Meant for us only

We see our purpose

Lying at the surface

We let go of doubt

As God works things out

We continue forging ahead

Without an ounce of dread

We learn to love

As we look at heaven above

We get filled to the core

Before God offers us more

We gain strength

As we talk at length

We fall and rise again

God teaches us to win

We start a new chapter

Filled with joy and laughter

We begin to see

What’s truly meant to be

And we lift one voice

Then begin to rejoice

We share every day

We love in every way

We hold each other close

Like our bond matters most

We let go of fear

Cause God almighty is near

We see what’s in stone

We’re never left alone

We hold hands

Right where love stands

We plant seeds

That lead to good deeds

And we find our purpose

Lying at the surface

While still in our prime

Time after time

We look at each other and smile

The smile last quite awhile

We count every blessing

Without a lot of stressing

We remember who we are

As we reach for a star

Every moment is real

Too difficult to conceal

We take nothing for granted

Our view isn’t slanted

We found a treasure

Beyond all measure

Worth more than gold

It’s something to behold

We embrace this journey

It’s meant for us only

We lift every voice

As we begin to rejoice

We share a kiss

Too hard to resist

We rest in a place

Filled with mercy and grace

We sit perfectly still

We know this is God’s will

And we learn as we go

We share what we know

While still in our prime

Time after time
