God has His hands on you. He’ll never let go.

God has defended you in battles you didn’t even know about.

We met one day

You had a lot to say

You professed your love

It felt like heaven above

You held me close

Cause I mattered most

The moment was pure

It made me feel secure

The moment was rare

Filled with tender loving care

Your tender touch

Meant so much

It made me see

We were meant to be

You were so kind

You eased my mind

You filled my soul

You made me whole

God planted the seed

To a blessing indeed

You started a conversation

Without much hesitation

I knew it was real

There was nothing to conceal

It didn’t take long

To see where I belong

It something I don’t regret

A moment I’ll never forget

It became clear

You were so dear

You made me smile

The smile lasted a while

You put a move on my heart

From the very start

It’s easy to understand why

Too difficult to deny

We kept going

Without knowing

We’d keep growing

The happening

God sees us through every day

Which we cherish in every way

He shares His love

Which comes from heaven above

He is our guide

Our gratitude we can’t hide

He holds us close

Cause we matter most

He removes our fear

Cause He’s always near

He sets everything in stone

He never leaves us alone

He provides a place

Filled with guidance and grace

So let’s lift one voice

As we rejoice

God fills us to the core

Then offers us more

He’s one of a kind

He offers peace of mind

We feel his power

Hour after hour

He keeps us strong

Whether we’re right or wrong

He provides direction

And plenty of protection

He makes us see

What’s truly meant to be

His everlasting word

Is the best we’ve heard

He makes us smile

The smile last a while

He teaches us to live

He teaches us to give

From heaven above

He teaches us to love

So with one voice

Let’s rejoice

Stay calm. God’s plan is worth waiting for.

God is about to open doors on man can shut.

As we walked up the stairs

We learned God cares

The journey gave us strength

As we talked with Him at length

We learned a lot along the way

Things we cherish every day

We found a sacred place

Filled with guidance and grace

We relished it to the core

As God offered us more

We held hands

Right where love stands

And we began to grow

By sharing what we know

We walked up the stairs

It was God’s plan

He reveals one when He can

In Him we learned to trust

We found something just for us

We had a chance

To do a victory dance

We felt something pure

We felt safe and secure

We found our purpose

Lying at the surface

Our voices we began to raise

As we gave God some praise

We planted the seeds

That lead to good deeds

We found something real

Something we couldn’t conceal

We took one step at a time

Cause we were in our prime

We knew we were free

To be the best we could be

And we found that God cares

As we walked up the stairs

We’re sending love

From heaven above

We’re sending a tender touch

That means so much

We’re sending peace

No one will ever release

We’re sending a word

That’s the best you’ve heard

We’re sending strength

You’ll gain when talking with God at length

We’re sending the heart

That God fills from the start

We’re sending a place

Filled with guidance and grace

We’re sending the power

God uses hour after hour

We’re sending a hand to hold

As your story is told

We’re sending the light

You’ll follow day and night

We’re sending a guide

That will fill you with pride

We’re sending every day

You can cherish in a special way

We’re sending a journey

Meant for you only

We’re letting go of your doubt

Cause God will work things out

We’re sending a plan

God will reveal when He can

We’re sending a voice

That will make you rejoice

We’re sending what we share

Which is tender loving care

We’re sending a gift

That will give you a lift

Look at heaven above

Cause we’re sending love

Don’t worry. God knows what you need.

The Lord is your help.
