We share every day

God shows us the way

Every moment is golden

To God we’re beholden

We share a love

Sent from heaven above

God planted the seed

And that’s a blessing indeed

It’s plain to see

We’re meant to be

We cannot hide

What we feel inside

We’re in a place

Filled with guidance and grace

We feel something pure

We’re safe and secure

As we hold each other close

We praise God more than most

We follow the guiding light

That burns day and night

It’s meant for us

In God we trust

We ignore naysayers

As we say our prayers

Cause as we look at heaven above

We’ll be forever in love

One day

God will come our way

With tender loving care

And a blessing to spare

He’ll fill every soul

He’ll make us whole

Then we’ll see

What’s meant to be

That moment will make us smile

The smile will last awhile

And we’ll begin to grow

By sharing what we know

One day

We’ll embark on a journey

Meant for us only

Every step we take

Will be a memory we can make

We’ll feel the love

Sent by heaven above

Our voices we’ll raise

In a song of praise

We’ll reach solid ground

We’ll see the joy we found

And we’ll see a place

Filled with guidance and grace

One day

No one can take what God has for you.

Prayer changes things.

A tender touch

That means so much

A tender kiss

You can’t resist

A warm embrace

You just can’t replace

A special sent

That will leave you spent

A soft voice

That will make you rejoice

A beating heart

That will show you where to start

Leads the way

To every new day

And pleases the senses

Behind the smile

Lies joy that last awhile

A perfect peace

You just can’t release

A burning love

That feels like heaven above

And a God given purpose

That scratches the surface

Behind the smile

Lies all the dreams

That make us burst at the seams

All the answered payers

All the ignored naysayers

The solid ground

That’s always around

The wondeful place

Filled with guidance and grace

The passionate ways

That fill all our days

And the guiding light

That burns day and night

There’s a purity

And a security

That last awhile

Behind the smile
