But God offers tender loving care

We ignore our naysayers

As we say our prayers

God reveals our purpose

Before it rises to the surface

We learn to stand

As we hold God’s hand

We gain strength

By talking with God at length

We face every obstacle

Faith makes things possible

We change our view

After seeing what God can do

We learn to smile

Even laugh a little while

We see what we’ll gain

Through heartache and pain

We look straight ahead

Without an ounce of dread

Knowing God set our path

Without unleashing His wrath

God reveals what’s in stone

Why we’re never left alone

We run our race

In a safe and secure place

Others doubt us

But in God we trust

We fill every chapter

With joy and laughter

We rest at home

Where our souls can roam

We hang on the word

We’ve always heard

We enjoy moments of pleasure

Beyond all measure

Nothing but love

Comes from heaven above

We remember who we are

As we reach for a star

Our blessings we don’t block

Cause it’s like a rock

Wanting to give you a kiss

You can’t resist

Wanting to share the journey

Strange though it may seem

God is removing burdens from you and releasing blessings to you.

Prayer isn’t to remind God what your problems are, but to remind your problems who God is.

God will open doors you weren’t qualified to walk through.
