Never Surrender

We go through each day

While trying to find our way

Faith fills our soul

With what makes it whole

We fall and rise again

Cause we know we’ll win

We face our naysayers

As we say our prayers

We follow the right path

Without suffering God’s wrath

God reveals our purpose

As it rises to the surface

We continue to stand

As we hold God’s hand

We look ahead

Without an ounce of dread

We’re able to see

What’s truly meant to be

God loves us tender

We will never surrender

We see what God can do

How He carried us through

We know what’s for us

In God we trust

He fills our days

With His loving ways

He gives us strength

Whenever we talk at length

He is the power

We feel hour after hour

We count blessings galore

As God fills us to the core

Faith sets us free

We see what’s meant to be

We’ve turned ourselves around

We rest on solid ground

God sets things in stone

We know we’re not alone

We know this journey

Is meant for us only

It offers something pure

It makes us feel secure

God loves us tender

And we will never surrender

Whisper In The Wind

There’s a whisper in the wind

Who knows when it’ll end

It’s God delivering a word

Unlike anything we’ve heard

It’s revealing a purpose

Rising to the surface

Its creating a path

Without unleashing God’s wrath

It’s spreading the love

Coming from heaven above

It’s part of a journey

Meant for us only

It’s the hand we hold

The story being told

It’s the strength we seek

Whenever we hear God speak

And it’s the plan

God will reveal when He can

There’s a whisper in the wind

Who knows when it’ll end

It’s the beat of our hearts

Where everything starts

It’s God offering direction

As well as protection

It’s preparing a place

Filled with mercy and grace

It’s what God can do

How He’s brought us through

It’s what we gain

Through heartache and pain

It’s God lifting us up

Filling our cup

While removing fear

Drying every tear

Removing all doubt

By working things out

It’s setting things in stone

Telling us we’re not alone

It’s turning us around

Putting us on solid ground

And the whisper in the wind

Will never end

So Amazing

God fills all our days

With His loving ways

He gives us strength

When we talk with Him at length

He removes every fear

He dries every tear

He helps us stand

As we hold His hand

He is the purpose

We see lying at the surface

He sets things in stone

He never leaves us alone

He makes us see

What’s truly meant to be

He turned us around

Put us on solid ground

He is the power

We feel hour after hour

He’s so amazing

God holds us close

Cause we matter most

He teaches lessons

That become heartfelt confessions

He spreads the love

That comes from heaven above

He is journey we share

The dream we dare

He lifts us up

He fills our cup

He offers something pure

He makes us feel secure

He offers affection

As well as protection

He offers a word

That’s the best we’ve heard

He shares beautiful things

We love the joy He brings

He fills us to the core

Before giving us more

He’s so amazing

Love Is

Love is rare

It shows we care

Love is real

Too difficult to conceal

Love is the plan

God will reveal when He can

Love is the only way

To fill every day

Love is a treasure

Beyond all measure

Love is the light

We follow day and night

Love is the purpose

We see lying at the surface

Love is letting go of fear

When you see God standing near

And love is the peace

Our hearts won’t release

Love is after all

When God answers our call

Love is the seed

That leads to a good deed

Love is a place

Filled with mercy and grace

Love is something pure

It makes us feel secure

Love is the power

We feel hour after hour

Love is the hand we hold

The story being told

Love is the strength we gain

Through heartache and pain

Love is the encouraging word

We’ve always heard

Love is the key

To what’s meant to be

Love is a part

Of every beat of the heart

Love is a journey

Meant for us only

Love is meant for us

In God we trust

Love is

Painted Picture

As we look at the painted picture

We see all our days

God’s loving ways

Moments we’ve shared

All the dreams we’ve dared

How we survived

How our love thrived

The beautiful place

Filled with mercy and grace

Our God given purpose

Lying at the surface

The wide smile

That lasted a while

The long journey

Meant for us only

What God can do

How He brought us through

As we look at the painted picture

It becomes clear

We can let go of fear

We see lessons we’ve learned

All the stripes we’ve earned

The hand we hold

The story we’ve told

We see the right path

Why God never unleashes His wrath

How He fills every soul

How He makes life whole

The seeds we’ve planted

The blessings God granted

Every new chapter

Filled with joy and laughter

How we reach our peak

Whenever we hear God speak

We feel God’s affection

We feel His protection

We see moments we’ve cried

All the tears God dried

We see the love

Coming from heaven above

As we look at the painted picture
