When you are feeling down, God is always there to lift you up.

God sets the path

Without unleashing His wrath

It fills every day

In a very special way

It fills the soul

It makes life whole

It plants seeds

That lead to good deeds

It leads to a place

Filled with mercy and grace

It gives us strength

As we talk with God at length

It shows us who we are

As we reach for a star

And it turns us around

Then puts us on solid ground

The path sets things in stone

It never leaves us alone

It’s very real

It knows what to reveal

It’s part of a plan

God reveals when He can

It shows our purpose

Rising to the surface

It holds us close

Cause we matter most

It fills us to the core

Before God offers more

It sets us free

It shows what’s meant to be

It offers something pure

It keeps us safe and secure

It shows what’s rare

It shows God is there

It removes all doubt

As God works things out

It helps us grow

As we share what we know

We follow the path

Without suffering God’s wrath

We start each day

Trying to find our way

We look all around

For solid ground

We search for peace

Our hearts won’t release

We long to fill the soul

With what makes it whole

We grapple with fear

Not knowing God is near

Doubt rears its head

Filling us with dread

We never know what’s in stone

We feel we’re all alone

We look for a place

To run our race

Yet faith never sleeps

When the soul weeps

We look for strength

While talking at length

We wonder if we’ll see

What’s truly meant to be

We look into our hearts

To see where love starts

We long to hear an encouraging word

That’s the best we’ve heard

We long to share a journey

Meant for us only

We search for a light

We can follow day and night

We wonder how much we can take

With every step we make

We wonder what’s for us

Then wonder who to trust

We say a silent prayer

Wondering if God is there

Yet we keep going

All while knowing

Faith never sleeps

When the soul weeps

God is amazing.

Don’t expect God to fail you, because He won’t.

When we touch

The moment means so much

We hold each other close

Cause bonding matters most

Faith makes us see

That we’re truly meant to be

We look in each other’s eyes

And it’s no surprise

That God planted a seed

To a blessing indeed

The touch is something pure

It makes us feel secure

It fills every day

In a very special way

It offers something real

It’s too difficult to conceal

When we touch

The moment fills the soul

It makes us whole

It’s ordained by God

We offer a wink and nod

We begin to glow

We share what we know

We see solid ground

As we turn ourselves around

We see the light

We follow day and night

We feel the love

Coming from heaven above

We feel something rare

We know God is there

What we have is by design

Everything is just fine

We’re filled to the core

Nothing else means more

When we touch

Laughing out loud

Makes us proud

God fills our days

With His loving ways

He makes life complete

Right where we meet

He provides a path

Without unleashing His wrath

He’s part of every journey

Meant for us only

He makes us see

What’s truly meant to be

He fills every cup

He lifts us up

And we rest in a place

Filled with mercy and grace

Laughing out loud

Is what we do

As God carries us through

He sets things in stone

We know we’re not alone

Our purpose is clear

We see God standing near

We feel the love

Coming from heaven above

God holds us close

Cause we matter most

Life gets better

As we embrace it to the letter

Every step we take

Is a memory we’ll make

We look at what we’ve learned

All the stripes we’ve earned

As our life lessons

Become heartfelt confessions

We see all the dreams

That make us burst at the seams

Faith takes us far

Without leaving a scar

We lift one voice

Before we begin to rejoice

Then start laughing out loud

God is amazing.

Don’t expect God to fail you, because He won’t.

When you smile

Life begins anew

We see what God can do

The way you live

All the love you give

What God sets in stone

Why you’ve never left alone

Your heart you show

As you share what you know

You keep your faith near

What matters most is clear

You become the light

Others follow day and night

You show what’s real

Too difficult to conceal

You plant seeds

That lead to good deeds

You fill every soul

You make life whole

When you smile

God reveals His plan

As soon as He can

You create a space

To run any race

You past every test

As God handles the rest

You survive every storm

You defy every norm

You hold your head high

No need to ask why

You show where you begin

You show you can win

You share every dream

Strange through it may seem

You feel God’s power

Hour after hour

You prove faith is the key

To what’s meant to be

Others gain strength

After talking with you at length

Others see what you share

All your tender loving care

When you smile
