They show God does things His way

They reveal every purpose

Before it rises to the surface

They give us strength

Whenever we talk to God at length

They follow us everywhere we go

As we share what we know

They’re part of the plan

God will reveal when He can

They set things in stone

Remind us we’re not alone

As we run our race

They provide a path

Without unleashing God’s wrath

They remove all doubt

They show what life’s all about

They reveal our name

They remove our shame

They’re a sign of God’s affection

As well as protection

And they help us stand

As we hold God’s hand

Miracles are real

Something we can’t conceal

They show God is there

Whenever we say a prayer

They appear in time

Well beyond our prime

They’re the journey

Meant for us only

They’re the blessings granted

The seed we’ve planted

They are the steps we take

All the memories we make

They appear like love

From heaven above

They help us look ahead
