Heavenly Father

You fill my days

In very loving ways

You make every purpose clear

As you hold me near

You give me strength

As we talk at length

You’ve turned me around

Put my feet on solid ground

You travel with me

You reveal what’s meant to be

You give me pleasure

Beyond all measure

You help me stand

With one touch of your hand

You fill every space

With mercy and grace

You reveal what’s in stone

You never leave me alone

You fill every chapter

With joy and laughter

You lift me up

You fill my cup

You offer something pure

You make me feel secure

I’m grateful

Heavenly Father

You reveal what I’ll gain

Through heartache and pain

You gave me a name

As you removed my shame

You opened my eyes

To a wonderful surprise

You are the light

I follow day and night

You help me survive

You help me thrive

You gave me a home

Where my soul can roam

You offer a word

That deserves to be heard

You remove all doubt

That things will work out

You changed my view

Cause I see what you can do

You ordain every journey

Meant just for me only

You never pretend

I know your love will never end

I’m grateful
