As I accept God’s will

I hear His voice in the distance

I offer no resistance

I think of blessings granted

I think of seeds I’ve planted

I think of better days

How I changed my ways

A love so true

What God brought me through

How I fall and rise again

How God teaches me to win

All the love I know

Ways I’ve learned to grow

I’m sitting still

As I accept God’s will

It takes me to a place

Filled with mercy and grace

Fear begins to fade

I see the progress I’ve made

I embark on a new journey

Meant for me only

Of God’s tender loving care

I learn to smile

I hold God’s hand

As God offers me more

God is amazing.

Faith can move mountains.

We’ve given all our days

In so many ways

The moments we shared

Showed how much we cared

We danced to one heartbeat

Where every soul should meet

We knew the love was real

Much too difficult to conceal

It traveled far

Without leaving a scar

It was for all to see

It was meant to be

It made us strong

Whether we were right or wrong

Then after those days

We went our separate ways

We embraced a journey

Meant for two only

God planted the seed

To a blessing indeed

We held hands

Right where love stands

The journey took us everywhere

The hand of God was there

We couldn’t deny
