Today’s a lovely day
We’ll cherish in every way
We’ll count every blessing
Without a lot of stressing
We’ll clearly see
What’s meant to be
We’ll share our dreams
Until we burst at the seams
And we’ll feel something pure
That will make us feel secure
It’s a lovely time
To remember our prime
Our God given journey
Was meant for us only
It will reveal
What our hearts can’t conceal
Every tender touch
Means so much

Sent by heaven above

I see the falling rain
It takes away my pain
It reminds me of the past
And how precious moments last
I see how it got me through
And what God can do
The rain gave me strength
As I talked to God at length
It follows me every day
It’s powerful in its own way
And it lets me see
What’s truly meant to be
