In life we pray

We cherish every day

We endure pain

We see what we’ll gain

We find a place

Filled with guidance and grace

God’s tender loving care

Is always there

Our God given purpose

Rises to the surface

And we get stronger

As our days get longer

In life we let go

Of what we used to know

We start a new chapter

Filled with joy and laughter

We learn to smile

The smile last awhile

Love holds us close

Cause love matters most

We sit perfectly still

As we accept God’s will

And we find solid ground

No matter who’s around

In life

God will provide. Trust and believe.

You’re about to walk into the greatest season of your life.

We gathered at the river

We counted our blessings

Without a lot of stressing

God was present that day

He showed us the way

He removed every fear

He dried every tear

It didn’t take long

To see where we belong

And life got better

When we embraced it to the letter

As we gathered at the river

We thought about the past

All the moments we made last

The life lessons

That became heartfelt confessions

The unconditional love

That felt like heaven above

Every silent prayer

That told us God was there

The solid ground

That turned our lives around

The tender touch

That meant so much

And ultimate giver

That led us to the river

As I face a new day

I accept God’s way

I start a new journey

Meant for me only

The moment is pure

It makes me feel secure

It shows how far I can go

As I share what I know

I learn life lessons

That become heartfelt confessions

And I gain strength

As I talk with God at length

As I see my purpose

Rise to the surface

I’m filled with pride

I cannot hide

It fills me to the core

I couldn’t ask for more

I hold God’s hand

Right where I stand

He makes clear

That He holds me dear

I keep faith close

Cause it matters most

As I continue the journey

Meant for me only

God is fighting battles you’re unaware of.

God knows what you need and He will provide.

Going through the fire

Right down to the wire

Sitting perfectly still

As you accept God’s will

Cherishing every day

As you find your way

Ignoring naysayers

As you say your prayers

Acknowledging almighty God

With a wink and nod

Reaching the steppingstone

That never leaves you alone

Looking into your heart

Getting off to a brand new start

Embracing every journey

That’s meant for you only

Making very clear

What you hold dear

Finding a place

Filled with God’s grace

Falling and rising again

Learning how to win

Following the light

That shines day and night

Taking to God at length

Will give you strength

Awaking to a new day

Cherishing it in every way

Seeing a new purpose

Rise to the surface

Learning a new lesson

Making another confession

Preparing for the journey

Meant for you only

Learning to love

Like heaven above

Seeing an answered prayer

Knowing God is there

Basking in God’s grace

Everything falling into place

The heart getting stronger

Faith lasting longer

Seeing new dreams

Until you burst at the seams

The light in your eyes

Revealing a huge suprise

Getting through the pain

Seeing what you’ll gain

Having a grateful heart

Knowing where to start

Is fruitful

And morning beautiful

Prayer is a private conversation with God. You can tell Him anything.
