Focus on the step in front of you not the whole staircase.

Trust God’s timing. His timing is perfect.

Take one step toward God, and He’ll take two toward you.

Sunny days

Are filled with God’s ways

They’re something we treasure

Beyond all measure

They fill the soul

They make life whole

They’re what we hold

They’re the story being told

They hold us close

Cause we matter most

They contain lessons

That always become confessions

They remove our fear

They show God standing near

They appear in the word

We’ve always heard

They carry us through

They show what God can do

They are the purpose

We see lying at the surface

They show what’s in stone

Reveal we’re not alone

Sunny days

Are in the journey

Meant for us only

They are the blessings granted

The seeds we’ve planted

They’re in the home

Where our souls roam

They’re our solid ground

They’re the joy we’ve found

They make us smile

Even laugh a little while

They keep us going

All while knowing

God is with us

In Him we trust

They appear in the dreams

That make us burst at the seams

Sunny days set us free

Show what’s meant to be

They reveal God’s power

Hour after hour

They rest in a place

Filled with God’s grace

They can’t compare

To what we share

And in all our ways

We cherish sunny days

When you’re in the presence

You live a different way

You wear a smile all day

You gain strength

By talking with God at length

You stand on solid ground

You share the joy you found

Every moment is real

Too difficult to conceal

God fills you to the core

Before offering you more

You do a victory dance

Whenever you get a chance

You see what’s in stone

You realize you’re not alone

You move without fear

You know God is near

Faith fills your soul

With what makes it whole

You embrace every journey

Meant for you only

And you remember who you are

As you reach for a star

When you’re in the presence

Every step you take

Is a memory you’ll make

You lift your voice

As you begin to rejoice

You find something pure

You feel safe and secure

You hang on the word

You’ve always heard

God holds you close

Cause you matter most

You feel the love

Coming from heaven above

You have God’s direction

As well as protection

Life gets better

Cause you embrace it to the letter

You stay on course

With very little remorse

And you feel God’s essence

While in the presence

Don’t give up. Setbacks always lead to comebacks.

Never give up on God because God won’t give up on you.

God is everything.

Don’t expect God to fail you because He won’t.

The road home

Lets our souls roam

We think of all our days

God’s loving ways

What we used to do

How God carried us through

The lessons we learned

All the stripes we earned

Our private space

God’s amazing grace

The renewed strength we gain

Through heartache and pain

The encouraging word

We’ve always heard

How faith is the key

To what’s meant to be

How God removed every cloud

Moments that made us proud

What we know is real

Things we can’t conceal

What’s truly by design

Why everything is fine

And the perfect peace

Our hearts can’t release

The road home runs far

Without leaving a scar

We think of our solid ground

All the joy we found

All the blessings granted

The seeds we’ve planted

What God set in stone

Why He won’t leave us alone

The moment we removed doubt

That God would work things out

What soothes the soul

What makes us whole

The tender touch

That means so much

The divine purpose

We see lying at the surface

God’s undying affection

His wonderful protection

How we reach our peak

Whenever we hear Him speak

And how our souls roam

Along the road home
