If God brings you to it, He’ll bring you through it.

The staircase

Shows the journey

Meant for us only

It’s every step we take

All the memories we make

It’s the perfect plan

God reveals when He can

It keeps us strong

Whether we’re right or wrong

It’s the word God reveals

Things the heart never conceals

It rests in a place

Filled with mercy and grace

It shows what’s for us

The God we all trust

The unconditional love

Coming from heaven above

The strength we’ll gain

Through heartache and pain

And the beautiful smile

That last quite a while

The staircase

Let’s go of doubt

That God will work things

It fills us to the core

Before God offers us more

It is a treasure

Beyond all measure

It helps us move

Shows we have nothing to prove

It shows we pray

Day after day

It is the blessings granted

All the seeds we’ve planted

It shows how we live

How we live

And how we give

The lessons we’ve learned

All the stripes we’ve earned

The staircase

Looks at the heart

From the very start

It reveals the soul

What makes life whole

And we see how far we’ll travel

Why our souls won’t unravel

The staircase

The word

Appears in a book

We all must look

It is a guide

That stays by our side

It contains God’s principles

And wonderous miracles

It provides direction

As well as protection

It reveals what’s in stone

Why God won’t leave us alone

It unveils the love

Coming from heaven above

It offers peace during despair

It shows God is there

It gives us strength

When we talk with Him at length

It is a beautiful place

Filled with mercy and grace

It fills every day

It reveals God’s way

And it shapes our view

Of what God can do

The word

Is crystal clear

It removes every fear

It fills the soul

It makes life whole

It helps us stand

As we hold God’s hand

It shows what’s real

Too difficult to conceal

It travels far

Without leaving a scar

It shows what we’ll gain

Through heartache and pain

It reveals our purpose

Before it rises to the surface

It sets us free

Shows what’s meant to be

It can turn us around

Put us on solid ground

It moves the heart

Shows us where to start

It’s all we’ve ever heard

The word

God will humble you before He elevates you. So, if you’re down right now, prepare to be lifted up higher than you ever were before.

Take nothing for granted.

God will take care of you.

God is still in the blessing business. Trust Him.

With a touch of the hand

We learn to stand

It travels far

Without leaving a scar

It creates a space

Filled with mercy and grace

It removes all doubt

That God will work things out

It plants seeds

That lead to good deeds

It heals the soul

It makes life whole

It reveals what’s by design

Shows everything is fine

It lifts us up

It fills every cup

It can heal

It knows what to reveal

It offers solid ground

It shows the joy we found

And it fills every day

In a very special way

With a touch of the hand

We live every dream

Strange though it may seem

We go through the fire

To obtain what we desire

We lift one voice

As we begin to rejoice

We feel the love

Coming from heaven above

We remove our fear

As we see God standing near

We see what’s by design

Why everything is fine

We count every blessing

Without a lot of stressing

We unleash a smile

That last quite a while

We learn our name

We let go of shame

And we see where to land With one touch of the hand

Watching days come and go

Cause faith is all we know

Getting stronger for sure

As God offers us something pure

Waiting for our purpose

To rise to the surface

Feeling the ground beneath us

Cause in God we trust

Moving along with pride

With the help of our guide

Relishing the journey

Meant for us only

Sitting perfectly still

As we accept God’s will

Feeling His power

Hour after hour

Before seeing what’s in stone

Why He won’t leave us alone

Sticking with His plan

As much as we can

Relying on perfect timing

Letting go of fear

Knowing God almighty is near

Faith removes every cloud

While making us proud

We hang on God’s word

Cause it’s all we’ve heard

We rest in a place

Filled with mercy and grace

We just keep going

All while knowing

We’ll reach our goal

Life will make us whole

We reach our peak

Whenever we hear God speak

We feel God’s affection

We have His protection

We look ahead

Without an ounce of dread

We see what’s real

Too difficult to conceal

Patience is a treasure

Beyond all measure

Life gets better

As we embrace it the letter

God is just a prayer away.
