Where there is love

It feels like heaven above

God holds us close

Cause we matter most

Fear suddenly goes away

We cherish every day

We look into our hearts

We see where everything starts

Every new journey

Is meant for us only

We carry life lessons

That become heartfelt confessions

We stand on solid ground

We share the joy we found

And we feel God’s presence

As well as His essence

Where there is love

Life gets better

We embrace it to the letter

We see what’s in stone

We’re never left alone

We remember who we are

As we reach for a star

God plants the seed

To a blessing indeed

We never let go

Of what helps us grow

God helps us see

What’s meant to be

Our faith gets stronger

As our days get longer

We don’t have to pretend

God stays with us until the end

We see what’s pure

What makes us feel secure

We feel God’s affection

We receive His protection

And we see the light

That shines day and night

Where there is love

Faith

Trusting God where you stand

Learning to hold His hand

Learning to sit still

As you accept His will

Seeing the plan

He will reveal when He can

Gaining required strength

When you talk with Him at length

Keeping Him close to your heart

Where all things start

And learning to rejoice

Whenever you hear His voice

Faith

Learning to love

As you look at heaven above

Knowing God is the key

To what’s meant to be

Embracing every day

Knowing God will lead the way

Fulfilling your God given purpose

When it rises to the surface

Feeling His affection

Receiving His protection

Standing firm and tall

Knowing He’ll answer your call

Embracing His word

Cause it’s the best you’ve heard

God filling your cup

God lifting you up

Seeing something pure

Feeling safe and secure

Reaching your peak

Whenever you hear Him speak

Seeing what’s meant for you

Knowing God will carry you through

Letting go of fear

Knowing God is always near

Seeing what’s in stone

Believing you’re never alone

Faith

God is working behind the scenes on your behalf.

There is no testimony without a test.

God works consistently

He loves unconditionally

He fills every day

In His own special way

He removes every fear

He wipes every tear

He keeps us strong

Whether we’re right or wrong

He answers every prayer

He shows He’s always there

He stays by our side

His will is our guide

He offers an encouraging word

That’s the best we’ve heard

He sets things in stone

He never leaves us alone

He helps us stand

As we hold His hand

He is a sight to behold

He’s a story untold

He fills every soul

He makes us whole

He offers something pure

He makes us feel secure

He holds us close

Cause we matter most

He is the solid ground

We’re glad we’ve found

Faith is the key

To what’s meant to be

He is everything

We see what He’ll bring

He is second to none

He stays until all is said and done

He is a blessing indeed

He plants every seed

He gives us direction

As well as protection

And we know what that means

As He works behind the scenes

Looking in the mirror

Everything becomes clear

I learn to sit still

As I accept God’s will

He sends me on my way

As He fills every day

I learn the lessons

That turn into heartfelt confessions

Things are set in stone

I know I’m never alone

I look at heaven above

And all I see is love

I have peace of mind

Which is difficult to find

I get stronger

As my days get longer

I stand on solid ground

I share the joy I found

I know God is the reason

For every season

I have a treasure

Beyond all measure

I listen to the word

That’s the best I’ve heard

I see the right path

Without suffering God’s wrath

I see all the seeds

That lead to good deeds

I see my naysayers

As I say my prayers

I keep going

All while knowing

God is real

Too difficult to conceal

He makes clear

What I should hold dear

I feel His affection

As well as protection

I let go of the past

As I make every moment last

I travel far

As I reach for a star

And I remember my prime

During face time

God is amazing.

God has His hands on you. He’ll never let you go.

Time after time

We face new days

We accept God’s ways

Many lessons we learn

Our stripes we earn

Faith makes clear

What we hold dear

We take one step at a time

While still in our prime

We embrace every journey

Meant for us only

We rest in a place

Filled with mercy and grace

We cherish true love

As we look at heaven above

And life gets better

When we embrace it to the letter

Time after time we get stronger

As our days get longer

We’re absolutely sure

We feel safe and secure

God gives us strength

As we talk with Him at length

We travel very far

As we reach for a star

We let go

Of what we used to know

Things are set in stone

God never leaves us alone

We see our purpose

Rise to the surface

We hear a word

That’s the best we’ve heard

We face our naysayers

As we say are prayers

We hold hands

Right where love stands

We stand tall

God answers every call

And we remember our prime

Time after time

When old folks speak

Wisdom suddenly appears

The words remove our fears

We learn valuable lessons

That become heartfelt confessions

We begin to see new days

We eventually change our ways

They help us take a stance

As we do a victory dance

They offer something pure

They make us feel secure

Their words give us strength

As we talk at length

They set things in stone

As we come into our own

They turn us around

They put us on solid ground

When old folks speak

We see our purpose

Rise to the surface

Wisdom shares what it knows

Our self-confidence grows

We feel their power

Hour after hour

We feel their affection

They give us guidance and direction

Their words lift us up

They fill our cup

They make us see

What’s truly meant to be

They help us stand

As we hold their hand

They travel with us

In their words we trust

The old folks speak life

As they remove the strife

They put a stamp on the heart

Where everything should start

And we reach our peak

When old folks speak
