The giver shares his heart

Right from the start

He shares the love

Sent from heaven above

He shares peace

We’ll never release

He shares the word

That’s the best we’ve heard

He gives the power

We feel hour after hour

He shares the light

We follow day and night

He shares the solid ground

As well as the joy we found

He shares the place

Filled with mercy and grace

He shares what’s pure

And makes us feel secure

He shares a prayer

That shows God is there

He shares what he knows

As our bond grows

He knows how to deliver

The giver

God is about to open some doors in your life. Tell Him thank you.

God has never left you.

Waking to morning dew

Knowing God will carry us through

Preparing for a new day

Learning to accept God’s way

Counting blessings as we go

Sharing everything we know

Ignoring our naysayers

As we say our prayers

Getting filled to the core

With what’s hard to ignore

Learning during the journey

Meant for us only

Feeling the love

Coming from heaven above

Moving right along

Cause faith keeps us strong

Holding God’s hand

Right where we stand

Feeling our own power

Hour after hour

Sharing the lessons

That become heartfelt confessions

Making very clear

What we hold dear

Lifting one voice

As we begin to rejoice

Getting a chance

To do a victory dance

Knowing what we hold

And our story will be told

Letting go of regret

Giving as good as we get

Seeing what’s in stone

Knowing we’re not alone

Planting the seeds

That lead to good deeds

Standing on solid ground

Sharing the joy we found

Seeing every surprise

At sunrise

Thinking of wonderful days

Loving you in many ways

Taking the time

To remember our prime

Feeling the love

Coming from heaven above

Counting blessings galore

Getting filled to the core

Cherishing a journey

Meant for us only

Learning from the past

Making every moment last

Simply letting go

Of things we used to know

Making crystal clear

What we hold dear

Holding each other close

Cause our bond matters most

Learning to see

What’s truly meant to be

Lifting every voice

As we begin to rejoice

Finding a place

Filled with mercy and grace

Looking over the years

Remembering who dried our tears

Learning to sit still

As we accept God’s will

Remembering what we hold

Hearing our story being told

Following a light

That shines day and night

Keeping faith near by

Without asking why

Giving as good as we get

With very little regret

Looking in our hearts

Right where love starts

Seeing things change

Knowing it isn’t strange

Remembering who we are

As we reach for a star

God filling the soul

With what makes us whole

Learning to win

Until we do it all again

God has already won the battle for you.

Today, God is lining things up.

There is a quiet place

Filled with mercy and grace

Where love is one of a kind

And God soothes the troubled mind

Where the heart runs free

As we see what’s meant to be

Where we find solid ground

Then share the joy we found

Where God will reveal

What the heart can’t conceal

Where we let go

Of what we used to know

Where we find affection

As well as protection

Where we can hear a word

That’s the best we’ve heard

Where timing is everything

And we see what life can bring

Where faith fills the soul

And God makes life whole

Where we go where God leads

Then perform good deeds

Where we lift every voice

As we begin to rejoice

Where God knows what we can take

With every step we make

Where we look at love

From heaven above

Where we learn to smile

And the smile last awhile

Where we travel far

As we heal every scar

Where we can run our race

At our own pace

Where we see what’s true

Then change our point of view

Where we reach our peak

When we hear God speak

Then sit and rest

After another test

In a quiet place

The stranger approached me

He wasn’t difficult to see

He said we’d start a bond

From here and beyond

He then held me close

Like I mattered most

He began to pray

He said God would lead the way

He made me stronger

And the moment lasted longer

He took me on a journey

Meant for us only

He taught me about love

Sent from heaven above

He taught me about peace

I knew I wouldn’t release

He said listen to God speak

Then I suddenly reached my peak

We held hands

Right where love stands

We began to grow together

He said we’d last forever

The stranger possessed a voice

That made me rejoice

He told me I could grow

By sharing what I know

He said God planted a seed

To a blessing indeed

He said God had a word

That deserves to be heard

He delivered a kiss

I simply couldn’t resist

He offered me something pure

He made me feel secure

He put a move on my heart

From the very start

He gave me a light

To follow day and night

The stranger

God can do the impossible.
