We’ve shared many days

In so many ways

To obtain what we desire

The moments we’ve shared

Things we can’t conceal

We’ve found solid ground

We share the joy we found

We’re filled to the core

We’ve shared a smile

Even laughed a while

We’re glad to be together

Through the years

We remembered what we’ve been through

What we used to do

Until God set us free

We knew we were meant to be

We grappled with doubt

Until God worked things out

We found a home

Where our souls can roam

We looked at heaven above

And saw nothing but love

We ignored our naysayers

As we said our prayers

We found our purpose

Lying at the surface

We hung on the word

We’ve always heard

God removed every cloud

The moment made us proud

We learned our name

We feel no shame

We’re glad to be together

Through the years

God will never push or force. He directs.

Listen to God’s voice in everything you do. He’s the one that will keep you on track.

God is working behind the scenes on your behalf.

Don’t expect God to fail you because He won’t.

Tomorrow

Will be better than today

We’ll accept God’s way

We’ll see what’s true

Then see what God can do

We’ll learn lessons

That will become confessions

We’ll hold each other close

Cause bonding matters most

We’ll learn to stand

As we hold God’s hand

Life will get better

As we embrace it to the letter

We’ll rest in a place

Filled with God’s grace

We’ll finally see

What’s truly meant to be

God will remove all doubt

That things will work out

That shines day and night

Coming from heaven above
